Your Payout value is dependent on your apparels, based on all of these factors: Design, Condition, Type and Brand of apparel. Depending on these factors, your accepted clothes are categorised into 3 tiers which will fetch the respective amount.
Do note that a piece of clothing from a "Tier A" brand does not necessarily fetch a Tier A payout amount as it is subjected to its Design, Condition, Type and Brand as well.
