Delivery to Singapore 🇸🇬

Delivery to Singapore is free for orders above $60, otherwise, it is chargeable at $3.50 per order. Delivery takes 1-3 working days. 

• In the event whereby a failed delivery is made, the courier company will re-deliver over the next 1-2 working days (up to 2 re-delivery attempts). 
  

 

Delivery to Malaysia 🇲🇾

Delivery to both East & West Malaysia is free for orders above RM195, otherwise, it is chargeable at RM25 per order. Delivery takes 3 - 5 working days. 

• In the event whereby a failed delivery is made, the courier company will re-deliver over the next few days (up to 2 re-delivery attempts). If all attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to REFASH.
  • After the parcel has been returned to us, the refund will be processed and the return fees will be deducted. Please note that undelivered parcels will not be redelivered.
    
• Shipping fees paid during checkout do not include taxes and import duties. 
• Your parcel may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will follow your local regulations. If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible for covering the fees before delivery can proceed.
• We reserve the right to collect any difference in the shipping fees in the event of a shortfall in the shipping fee or any additional processing fees, such as remote area charges.
