REFASH will take 3-6 working days* to process your order after the payment has been verified.

*Working days exclude Weekends and Public Holidays

Local Courier Delivery

Local courier delivery is free for orders above $60, otherwise, it is chargeable at $3.50 per order. Delivery takes 1-3 working days. 

• In the event whereby a failed delivery is made, the courier company will re-deliver over the next 1-2 working days (up to 2 re-delivery attempts).  

• REFASH will not be liable for any missing parcel for orders made under Local Courier Delivery.
  

 

Self-Collection

Pickup option is now available at REFASH HQ. You will be notified via email or SMS when your order is ready for pickup.

Collection Hours: Weekdays 10AM - 6PM, excluding Public Holidays
 

• Order has to be collected within 5 working days from the date of notification. Please take note that your order will only be kept in our warehouse for a maximum of 5 working days, starting from the date your order is ready for collection.

 Any unclaimed parcels beyond the collection period will be subjected to a late collection fee of $1/day. Payment of late collection fees has to be cleared prior to collection
  
  
• Any order left uncollected after 60 working days will be cleared and will not be available for collection thereafter
