Unfortunately, no amendments and cancellations can be made once the order has been submitted.

REFASH will take 3-6 working days to process your order after the payment has been verified. Courier delivery will take another 1-3 working days. If an item is missing, please contact us at hello@refash.sg with your order number and the name of the missing item. Our team will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can within the next 1-2 working days.

If we have listed an item incorrectly or there is a problem with your order and you would like to return it, we will make it right. You can now submit a return request via our self-serve returns portal here. Only return requests that are submitted within 7 days of receiving the order will be entertained.

Unless the item is returned due to a defect, all refunds will be processed in terms of REFASH points ($1 = 20 Points). For example, if you are entitled to a refund of $15.90, you will be given 320 Points, where you will be able to redeem the points for rewards that you may utilise at our online store or offline stores*. Our prices differ based on the demand from our customers and our planned marketing campaigns. In this case, we will not be able to provide any form of refund for any price differences.
