Q: Do I need to be a member to shop online?

A: You do not have to be a member to shop online, but we strongly encourage all customers to join our membership program to accumulate points from your online transactions to offset future purchases!

Q: Can I amend my order after I have placed it?

A: Unfortunately, no amendments can be made once the order has been submitted.

 

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A: REFASH will take 1-2 working days to process your order after the verification of payment. Estimated delivery will be dependent on the shipping option selected.

Q: There is a missing item from my order. What do I do?

A: If an item is missing, please contact us at (support@refash.sg) with your order number and the missing item’s name. Our team will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can within the next 1-2 working days.

 

Q: There is a defect on my item. Can I return it?

A: For return requests, please contact us at (support@refash.sg) with your name, order number and reason(s) for return.

Our team will look into your return case and advise as accordingly.

Q: What items are eligible for returns?

A: Returns will only be eligible for apparels. Items such as bags, shoes, accessories, face masks will not be accepted for returns.

Q: Will I be able to get a refund if the prices change after I have completed my purchase?

A: Our prices change based on the demand from our customers and our planned marketing campaigns. In this case, we will not be able to provide a credit refund for the price difference.

 

Q: Am I able to receive a cash refund for my returned item?

A: No, all returns will only be refunded in form of REFASH store credits. There will not be any form of cash/credit card refund.

 

Q: Can I use the credits at the offline stores?

A: Yes, REFASH membership credits can be used for both online and in-store transactions.

 

Q: How do I earn credits?

A: 1 REFASH credit will be awarded for every $1 spent in both online and offline transactions.

 

Q: How do I keep track of my credits?

A: Your existing credits can be tracked at our membership portal (refash.eber.co) with your mobile number.

 

Q: Can I cancel or return a gift card?

A: No, gift cards are non-returnable nor refundable.
