1. Dropping Off or Opting for Courier Pick-up for Your Preloved 🛍️
Is it time for a closet makeover? At REFASH, we're excited to invite you on a journey of giving new life to your preloved clothing and offsetting the environmental and financial cost of fashion. We gladly accept womenswear, menswear, activewear, maternity wear, as well as bags and wallets from premium brands. So take a look through your closet and pack up those items you're ready to part with – any brand is welcome, though subjected to the 6 key factors below!
P.S, we accept a minimum of 10 pieces!
Once you have packed, simply drop it off at our selected REFASH outlets here! No appointment required. Do note that we do not accept menswear, activewear, maternity wear as well as bags and wallets from premium brands through store drop-offs. To sell these with us, please opt for courier pick-up here at a small fee.
For courier pick-up, submit an application and the courier team will pick up your bag(s) of clothes between Monday - Sunday, 9am - 10pm. Our team will reach out to you via Whatsapp to confirm the pickup within 1 - 2 working days. After which, the courier team will reach out at least 1 day in advance before the pick-up.You can expect your pickup to be within the 2 working weeks of submitting your request. Do acknowledge the courier team's messages once you receive them for a smooth pickup!

2. Processing 👗
After you have dropped off or have your items picked up, our processing team will proceed with the evaluation. They will evaluate your items based on 6 key factors:
Design, Condition, Brand, Popularity, Type, and Material of the apparel. Your payout will be determined according to these factors. This process should take approximately 7-21 working days.

3. Offer 💬💰
Once our processing team is done evaluating your clothes, we would give you an offer via Whatsapp. You would have to respond with your decision to accept or reject the offer within 24hrs. If you reject the offer, you are given 3 working days to collect your clothes back from our HQ or the respective drop-off outlet. On the other hand, if you accept the offer, payment will be made to you within 30-60 working days depending on
your chosen drop-off method.
