In light of April being Earth month, the REFASH team kickstarted a monthly Eco Challenge so that we can all incorporate some sustainable habits into our daily work life! Throughout the year, we'll gauge which habits endure and which falter 🌟
In April, we attempted to bring our own container to work! The challenge was largely successful, with the only setback occurring when someone forgot to return their container to the office after taking it home. Nevertheless, we consider the challenge a triumph, having reduced our use of plastic containers AND saved 30 cents in "dabao" fees!
We divided the team into three groups: the Inventory Team, E-commerce Operations Team, and Marketing Team, each taking on the challenge with enthusiasm! This month, the Inventory Team emerged victorious in the bring-your-own-container challenge 🌎
However, as we had some work from home days as well, the highest points achieved was 9 points! In total we saved about 108 plastic containers as a team in the month of April!
