Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

REFASH believes in the sustainable fashion movement, one of which is to choose clothes that only make you look good, feel good and do good! If you decide that an item isn't the right fit for you, you can now submit a return request via our self-serve returns portal here. Only return requests that are submitted within 7 days of receiving the order will be entertained.

For your item to be eligible for a return, please ensure that it fulfils the following conditions:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For returns due to defective goods received, refund will be issued in cash via your original mode of payment. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Change of mind or size fit issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you would like to return due to change of mind or size fit issues. In such cases, a refund will be issued via credits. Do note that the initial delivery cost will be deducted from the total refund value and all items are subject to a SGD5 restocking fee each from 23 Nov 2023. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund via credits has been issued.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards, local market products and items bought during Buy 1 Get 1 Free sale.
