Returns & Exchanges

In order to return your items, your merchandise must meet the following criteria:

  1. Item must be a clothing. Items such as as bags, shoes, accessories, face masks will not be eligible for returns.
  2. Items are not purchased under PROMOTION/SALES
  3. Items are not purchased with gift cards, promotion codes or store credits
  4. Items must be in original conditions: unwashed and unworn
  5. Items must not be deliberately damaged
  6. For hygienic purposes, some items will not be eligible for returns (i.e Surgical masks, Reusable masks)
  7. Items must be returned within 7 days from the date the item is received


Return Process

- Drop an email ( within 7 working days upon receiving your items.

- Please include your name, order number and reason for return.

- A return address will be provided once your return request has been approved.

- Kindly follow the instructions as given on the return approval email and mail the items via trackable postage/self-return at the Ubi HQ Office (Weekdays only, 11am to 6pm).

  • Tracking reference code has to be sent to our email ( once the parcel has been arranged to be sent back to REFASH.
  • Upon receiving your items and verifying that the return criteria has been fulfilled, REFASH will proceed to issue your return credits.


Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility for returns will be determined based on discretion of REFASH. REFASH reserves the rights to reject any returns if the items do not meet the above conditions.
  • In cases whereby the item(s) does not meet the return criteria, REFASH will return the item(s) back to you by courier. Fees will be borne by the customer.
  • Items approved for returns will be refunded in the form of REFASH credits ONLY
  • Store credits issued are strictly non-transferrable and cannot be converted to cash.
  • REFASH reserves the rights to amend our terms without prior notice. By purchasing from our website, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms and conditions listed.
