You may drop your clothes off at selected REFASH stores. No prior appointment is required but do ensure that you have a min. of 10 pieces of clothes to sell. Please refer to the updated operating hours here.
Do note that we do not accept menswear, activewear, maternity wear and premium brands at our stores at the moment. If you would like to sell these categories, please opt for courier pick-up.
If you are looking to sell premium brands, do note that we only offer payouts under 'Premium Brands' for courier pick-ups. Store drop-offs will fetch non-premium brands payout.
Yes you can! Please submit an online application form if you would like to opt for courier pick-up for a small fee.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a payout under 'Premium Brands' as we are unable to verify its authenticity without a brand label.
Evaluation usually takes between 7 - 21 working days. After which, our processing team will revert to you via Whatsapp with an offer. You can then choose to accept or reject the offer.

At REFASH, our mission is centered around extending the life of clothing as long as possible, including items that may not meet our stringent quality guidelines - which is why we started the Recovery program. Our Recovery program serves as a means to rescue these items that still possess significant lifespan but fall short of our quality standards, by selling them to our network of resellers at a nominal fee. The proceeds from this program are donated on a periodic basis to charitable organisations like Daughters of Tomorrow and World Wide Fund for Nature Singapore (WWF-Singapore).
