At RE/FASH, we try our best to display our images as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, the colours of the products shown on the website could appear to be slightly different from the original. Please allow a measurement different within 2cm.
If you wish to make an exchange for a defective item, kindly email us at email@example.com with your order number and a snapshot of the defect. Do note that exchanges are only allowed within 7 days from the purchase date. All shipping fees incurred will be borne by the customer.
For items that are deemed defective by RE/FASH, we will have your item(s) exchanged for another item that is available. Customers shall bear the full responsibility in making sure that the returned item reaches us within 28 days from the purchase date and is sealed up properly when it is being mailed back to us.
